Chipotle Ranch Dressing #1 
1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 cup buttermilk

1 1⁄2 teaspoons granulated garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder

1⁄4 cup dried parsley (I used fresh)

1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried chipotle powder

1 1⁄2 teaspoons lime juice

1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt

Mix in mixer on low speed until well mixed.Refrigerate.

Chipotle Ranch Dressing #2
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Dash hot sauce
1 to 2 chipotle peppers
1 clove garlic, smashed
1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk as needed for desired consistency
In a food processor or blender, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, dill, chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, vinegar, paprika, salt, cayenne, hot sauce, chipotle peppers and garlic.
Add the buttermilk to the desired consistency and blend.
Chill for a couple of hours before serving, thinning with more buttermilk if needed.

Chipotle Ranch Dressing #3
1 chipotle chile from a can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender; cover then blend until smooth.
Use immediately or refrigerate in a covered container.
Dressing may be kept, refrigerated, for up to one week.


Chipotle Ranch Dressing #4 

¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup buttermilk, plus more as needed
2 chipotle peppers from ones canned with adobe sauce
1 tablespoon adobe sauce from can with peppers
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more buttermilk, a little at a time, as needed/desired for a thinner consistency.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 1 week.


Chipotle Ranch Dressing #5
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
2 1/2 cups sour cream (you can use light if you prefer)
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
3 tbsp pureed chipotle peppers
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended,
chill in the refrigerator for an hour
