One of the ways I honor nature and spirituality is to make small clay figurines. Yes, I know that what I make is simple and crude! Like the little guy I have pictured here. He was quickly made in mid-fire clay. In the picture shown, he is still at the bisqueware stage (fired to Cone 04). He has not been glazed or fired to maturation yet.  Have not decided whether to glaze him or not.  Nor have I decided what he is or what he means. But he has a simplistic, child-like charm to h im. Which totally makes hime magical!
